Message	latch and area no wonder it stuck. Unfortunately this is a out of the way area and dirt will accumulate. PM should be to take off the center panel every so often and clean and lube to prevent this issue in the first place. Cutting the center panel is a most extreme measure. ZUL8TR in Orlando,FL
